You’re invited to hear from prominent Australian artists Anna Louise Richardson and Abdul-Rahman Abdullah at HBRG.

Anna Louise Richardson and Abdul-Rahman Abdullah live on a cattle property with their three small children in the Peel region of Western Australia.

While Anna works mostly in charcoal drawing and Abdul-Rahman in wood carving, they both draw on animals to tell stories about themselves, their loved ones and the worlds around them.

Often arriving at the same animals through different pathways, their artwork reflects a life surrounded by family and the natural world.

Please join them as they share their creative practices, to hear where those stories have taken them and which animals they met along the way.

This is a family friendly talk suitable for all ages.
